Reconstructin of cover of the motorway A3 Inčukalns-Valmiera-Estonian border (Valka) 1,65-26,90 km

The project foresees reconstruction of asphalt cover of the motorway of 25 km from the bridge over the Gauja in Inčukalns to the bridge over the Brasla before Straupe.
Pursuant to the project renewal and strenghtening of asphalt cover in this section is performed by using the recycling method. The old cover is scarified and mixed with broken dolomite, over which the new asphalt-concrete cover is laid in three layers. The reconstruction envisages widening of the driveway of the road. Road lighting system will be installed in individual places.
