Reconstruction of the Via Baltica section Skulte-Svētciems

Total km reconstructed – 40 km.
Works performed:
-reconstruction of road;
-earth works;
-frost blanket course construction;
-aggregate mix subgrade.

The driveway in the section was widened and made more durable, new bridges over the Lielupe and the Vitrupe were built, pedestrian and cycling paths built with the total length of 2.7 km. Street lighting was installed in individual sections of the road. There were 43 passenger platforms and 36 sheds in bus stops constructed. New drainage was built and culverts were reconstructed in individual sections.
