Multifunctional bulk cargo terminal. Construction of engineering communication. Cargo area and railway construction.
Windbreak fence construction – 23 metres high and over 2 km long. Technology in Latvia for the first time. The most important function of the windbreak fence – preventing coal dust from blowing into the air and ending up in the environment.
