A 2.2 km extension of Tram Route was constructed in the Ķengarags neighbourhood of Riga. A new public transport mobility hub, “Ķengarags”, was developed at the intersection of Latgales Street and Višķu Street, together with a dispatcher building, access roads required for public transport operations, and comprehensive improvements to the surrounding infrastructure.

The project also included the extension of Trolleybus Rout  along Višķu Street, including the installation of the required overhead contact line system and power cables.

The area was fully landscaped with passenger shelters, real-time passenger information displays, street lighting, and green spaces.
